Billy Black
Billy Black este tatăl lui Jacob şi unul dintre membrii mai īn vārstă ai tribului Quileute. Este descris, drept mic de statură, dar bine făcut, cu păr şi ochi negri, şi ţintuit īntr-un scaun cu rotile. Īn afară de Jacob, mai are două fiice, Rachel şi Rebecca (mama celor trei copii, Sarah, fiind moartă ). Billy este descendent direct al lui Ephraim Black, vechiul şef al tribului Quileute. Este foarte bun prieten cu Charlie, tatăl Bellei, el fiind cel de la care acesta achiziţionează camionul pentru fiica sa. Billy nu priveşte cu ochi buni relaţia Bellei cu Edward, īncercānd chiar să o determine pe fată să se despartă de el.
